Robert Lake
RETIRED
Office:
Lake Realty-Apache Junction
In 1959 Jeannette Lake opened and founded Real Estate Investments which eventually became Lake Realty. Being a visionary, Jeannette saw a lot of potential in the area and decided this was where she wanted to open shop. After that point she never looked back. Jeannette married Bob a few years later and brought him into the office as well. Jeannette and Bob have sold many of the same properties in the area several times over the years and were here before most of the growth was. Most of the sales in those days were vacant land, since there was more land than there were homes in the area. Bob remains active in the business servicing clients that they have built up over the years. Jeannette passed away in 2004. In 1994 their son, Tony Vehon took over the office and now serves as the Owner/Broker of the office.

Ben Provencio
Office:
Lake Realty-Apache Junction
Ben was born in Arizona and lived here until sixth grade. Then his family moved to California where he graduated from Bible College. He taught Jr. and Sr. High School while continuing taking education classes in California State Colleges. After completing two years in US Army at Ft. Bragg, NC, he spent time in Barcelona, Spain attending school while helping with missionary work. Then followed a year in NYC, NY doing church ministry. The following year, while teaching in the San Francisco Bay area he married his wife, Cecilia. In 1986, they moved to Apache Junction with their three boys, Aaron, Adam and Josiah Moving from a congested, expensive area to an undeveloped part of the Valley where horse property, slower paced and healthier life style finally became a dream come true! The seemingly long process that took them to obtain their own piece of real estate made the stop here very gratifying. Assisting and being involved in pastoral ministry, teaching young people, and getting involved with their boys in the local 4-H horse and pygmy goat programs has helped them appreciate and preserve the western, rural personality of the area. With an empty nest now, Ben and Cecilia, continue to be busy with desert gardens that never seem to be finished. The 4-H project leftovers has increased to a turnover thru out the years of horses, goats, specialty dogs that have been part of Cecilia's breeding projects, and the ever present cats and birds that make the home complete and happy. Oh, and the occasional calf and hog that grow themselves into the family freezer! Cecilia has just left ten years of driving for the Apache Junction Schools to fully enjoy the western dream. Ben is making the transition from postal worker to full time in helping others fulfill their joy in acquiring their own piece of real estate where they can be content. That's rewarding! Ben can also be Lake Realty's channel in reaching the growing Hispanic community. Aqui se habla--haremos tod
